How to make a Tres leches
Ingredients
Cake


Eggs
300gr
6 eggs
Sugar
180gr
Half of a cup
Pastry flour
200gr

Vanilla Essence
4gr
To taste
Filling


Mix listo de la lechera
1L
One box
Chantilly cream
1 onz

Milk
1 cup

Decoration


Red cherries or peaches

Recipe
1.-Mix the eggs with the sugar  until you get a creamy texture.
­2.-   Add the flour little by little
3.- Pour the vainilla essence at the end
 4.- In a separated bowl put butter and flour.
5.- Put into the oven for 40 min. in 180 degrees.
6.- Let it cold
7.- With a fork  create little holes  in the cake, and pour the mix of the tres leches
 8.- Add the Chantilly cream and decorated as taste. 


Dumplings of shrimp and mango ( Only Ingredients )



Ingredients

for the filling:
454 grs whole unpeeled shrimp
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
1 ½ teaspoons of ginger
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
½ handle, in small cubes
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
25 sheets for dumpling
Water bowl

To cook:
 Canola or Peanut Olive Oil
½ cup of water

To decorate

Cilantro and chopped chives

For the apricot sauce:

1/3 cup | 115 grs apricot jelly
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon black vinegar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

A touch of tiramisu



Ingredients

·         2 egg whites
·         4 yolks
·         100 gr. of sugar
·         400 gr. Mascarpone cheese
·         200 gr. Of sponge cake
·         175 ml. coffee
·         200 gr. Dark chocolate
·         Cocoa powder to sprinkle

Instructions
We will prepare about 250 ml of the coffee that we like, let cool and reserve. Mount the egg whites to the point of snow with the electric rod mixer, we will separate. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, when we obtain a soft cream, add the mascarpone cheese in a few and continue beating, add the egg whites and mix everything well until getting our mascarpone cream. In a rectangular mold mount a layer with the sponge cake covering the whole surface of the mold, bathe with the coffee that we had reserved and a liquor like brandy, amaretto, etc. Cover the layer of soletilla biscuits with mascarpone cream, covering the entire surface. Sprinkle with grated black chocolate. Put back on top of this layer the sponge cake again, bathe with coffee and liquor, cover with mascarpone cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Repeat the same process of assembling as many times as we want.
