How to make the famous Espumilla

Ingredients:
·         5 eggs
·         ½ lb blackberry
·         ¼ cup of sugar
·         4 spoons of water

Process:

1.-  Separate the egg white form the yolk
2.- Mix the egg white until it has reached the snow point
3.-  In another bowl put the blackberry, the cup of sugar and the 4 spoons of water. Let it cook for 5 minutes until you can make  mash.
4.- Let the mash cold down for a bit.
5.- In a blander pour the mash and, mixed until it gets a thick contexture
6.- Once the mix is cold, add it to the egg white and mix them.
7.-  After all of the ingredients are incorporated, for a better contexture you should mix it by hand using a fork.
8.-  Serve in little glasses or in ice cream cones  and decorated to taste, you can use dragees or flavored gelatin.

A minute in another place



The truth is never able to find a place where the mind and body achieve rest in total peace and harmony. Most people try to find these places where they can rest, but they fail. The truth is that I know a place, a place where all that matters is your mind with a good meal.
In a corner of a very beautiful square is a restaurant called Patacha. Patacha is an expression in Quechua that must do with all the meaning that is between you and the food, in other words, it is all it means to have a plate on a table. In this place, there is a type of food that is called comfort food. Comfort food named after the "grandmother food", is the food that is about the home, home-made food among other things. In Patacha food is served with everyday products of good quality, to make people feel at home.
Patacha is a place to breathe physically and emotionally. It is the place where people sit down to read short stories of Cortazar or Poetry of Alberti with a fine glass of red wine at noon. A super rustic and comfortable place with a beautiful touch of background jazz music and waiters who only care that you are satisfied with everything around you.
The truth is that Patacha is a place to share your ideologies with many people, to open and enjoy a good atmosphere. It is said that entering this restaurant is like being in Paris for a few hours, they say it is an illusion with the smell of coffee. In any case and unfortunately this restaurant no longer exists because people stopped believing in the happiness of a good meal.
